As part of the LLP Amendment Act, 2021, various amendments to the LLP Act, 2008 have been drafted and have been executed for the first time. These changes would bring the conditions of the LLP act 2008 in line with those of the companies to act 2013. In this article we have described some of the major changes in the LLP Amendment Act 2021 like changes under section 17 of LLP Act, section 34A of the limited liability partnership act, new sections 67A, 67B, 67C of LLP Act, revised section 39 of LLP Act 2021, the substitution of new section for 69, and deletion of section 73 LLP Act, etc.
