This article's tunes are singing my song!!!
If you are a student, recent graduate, or mature professional....every person should have a brand. If any of you have ever attended any of my leadership trainings, speaking events, or coaching -- you will know that everything starts and ends with you being clear on who you are. All of my words, actions, behaviors, etc. should be consistent with my brand.
Do you know who you are? You are to know yourself to grow yourself...right?
This article gives you 5 steps to brand yourself: "Ultimately you want to make sure that when recruiters and hiring managers are looking for a person like you, you are 1) being found and 2) they understand your value and contact you for an interview."
