BYOD Security Issues: How safe is the common practice for employees to Bring their Own Device into work?
A myriad of threats:
* Employers often cannot assess data breach exposure on unmanaged BYODs
*Lost or stolen BYODs that contain sensitive data, with less than 1 in 4 can be remotely wiped.
* When BYODs bypass inbound filters normally applied to corporate devices, they’re vulnerable to malware
and the list goes on and on
Now that you know it, so DONT- BYOD!!! Got it?

Paris porte-à-porte is a transmedia project which aims at celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Paris ring road by presenting its story. The web, the radio, the documentary and the cell phone are the mediums used to describe the ring road of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Transmedia storytelling is trying to cover all content bases to enhance the consumer experience. It's a good example, but still early to judge the concept, need more examples.
A very interesting article on the educational uses of transmedia storytelling. A must-read
It makes a lot of sense to use a variety of mediums to impart information and to teach with technology.

Infographics are interesting–a mash of (hopefully) easily-consumed visuals (so, symbols, shapes, and images) and added relevant character-based data (so, numbers, words, and brief sentences).
The learning application for them is clear, with many academic standards–including the Common Core standards–requiring teachers to use a variety of media forms, charts, and other data for both information reading as well as general fluency...
Las infografías son una herramienta muy útil por su factor visual: en poco espacio y de forma visulamente agradable y atrayente, engloba datos y relaciona conceptos.
