Productivity simply must be high for profitability to be viably maintained. It comes from having well motivated staff in the office suite, and on the assembly line.
I remember how Sir Richard Branson said that a manager is advised to praise and highly appreciate the worker. That way, higher productivity and greater happiness in the workplace will prevail and shine out as an example of good, competent management.
Organizational priorities need to keep people happy, as well as returning a strong bottom line and dividend payments to shareholders.
Entrepreneurs hold these management practices to be true and positive and admirable. Business success needs truly great entrepreneurs like the UK's Sir Richard Branson.
