So after you get the mindset right, you select a market niche. OR.... a very large market of 4.66 billion people, 60% of the global population, who are regularly connected up on this amazing Internet.

Research keywords and key phrases for at least 30 days. Select buyer keywords, like best discount price on _______ . That is really a tight niche, isn't it? A tiny slice of a scrumptious Hawaiian pizza...

What is your business model? Providing a service? Dancing lessons? A GP in the community? A beef breeding and raising farm? What service do you provide to meet a human need? To solve a specific pain point, meet a frustration head on, and solve a well defined problem?

Or do you sell a physical product? A smartphone, a television set or a bag of wooden clothes pegs? I have almost exclusively gone for digital information products, training videos, software programs and marketing tool-sets.

I had a good idea. I could visit some of New Zealand's bright scenic wonderland tourist locations, with my lovely wife. We would spontaneously shoot videos. These videos would then become backdrops for business promotions.

Although the above video is only of 2:38 mins/secs duration, it is a humble first attempt to share ideas and emotional inspirations, employing this modus operandi: combine New Zealand tourist location images and self shot videos with a highly lucrative business offer.

Let's hope that this works on The Internet in 2022 and ever onwards. It does certainly work on Instagram.

Strange fact: People working from home remotely can have improved productivity. Is this because of the mental focus improvement? You are not in a crowded open plan space of inhuman cubicles. There is no noisy background affecting the worker adversely.

Is it because of psychological comfort factors? Productivity increases because the remote worker can enjoy comforts that would not normally be available at work? Snacks and even alcoholic drinks.

Entrepreneurs and human resources HR management will be very interested in this increased efficiency at work in the remote location. Working from home is here to stay, long after the Coronavirus pandemic has gone. Covid may recede into the background; however it can reemerge later in a mutated form. New Zealand entrepreneurs are mostly located in The City Of Auckland, NZ's largest city with over 1.5 million population. Other entrepreneurs are in Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch City and Dunedin.

Perhaps the biggest entrepreneurial venture in New Zealand has been Weta Studio for computer generated graphics or CGI which employed over 1,000 computer workers to create The Lord Of The Rings trilogy and The Hobbit movies. This video above shows at least two scenes from Hobbiton at Matamata in the Waikato region, one of the filming venues for these great movies produced and directed by Sir Peter Jackson. Wellington has been affectionately known as 'Wellywood' like Bollywood and Hollywood because of Peter Jackson's production companies at Miramar. The writer's sister is a GP in the Miramar community and has met many of the film production crew and administration people.

Modern New Zealand in the future will have business incubators and scientific research facilities as good as those found anywhere globally. I will assist to make business incubators and training available more readily, and for free.

So do not underrate Oceania. Although the delta variant of Covid-19 is rampant in Sydney, NSW at the moment, the Australians are a very tough and resilient bunch of settlers, mostly from England and the UK, but increasingly, with intermarriage, from Asian countries. This leads to a very strong gene pool.

Entrepreneurs will see one other great advantage. That is, cultural features such as a strong work ethic. I have personally observed this amongst Filipinos and Thais, Chinese and Japanese, Vietnamese and Cambodian migrants. It is outstanding what is being produced and developed now in both Australia and New Zealand.

It is basic entrepreneurship. As fundamental as it gets. Use solid psychological marketing strategies.

Please don't make these psychological marketing blunders. Don't sell hard at the outset. Give some free value first. Don't write ads that look like an advertisement. Don't make your ads look the same as everyone else's ads and marketing materials.

Be bold and unique. Just like the late great Clayton Makepeace. What a great writer! Pity he passed away in early 2021. Or was it in 2020? He addressed the predominant emotion of his prospect, the reader.

Psychological marketing strategies and tactics need to be expertly designed. Never leave these tactics to a graphic designer. Employ an expert copywriting and marketing consultant like Roy Furr or John Carlton.

Thanks for being an effective business entrepreneur and doing the right thing. Think through your business psychology and public relations very, very carefully. Improve on what Elon Musk does. Don't go spouting off spontaneously on Twitter because whole markets can shift from a bull market to a bear market on the tweets of one single influencer.

These are still the insanely volatile days of social media and the digital revolution in the decentralized finance arena.
