EU FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TIPS

Main and specific objectives of the Action In the framework of the programme area „Promotion of diversity in culture and arts within European cultural heritage‟ (Programme Area 17 under the EEA Financial Mechanism) the aim of this call is to serve the strengthening of cultural diversity for example through cultural exchange between cultural players from Hungary and the donor states. On this purpose, this overall objective can be achieved through cooperation in the field of performing arts, through stimulating and building professional networks facilitating the flow of cultural works between the countries concerned or by the development, implementation and promotion of joint training programmes, study trips, workshops, professional platforms and co-productions. The aim can be achieved through bilateral and multilateral international (Hungarian-donor country) cooperation to promote cooperation in the field of performing arts, the building of the professional networks between countries and the facilitation of the flow of cultural products which serves cultural exchange between the donor and the beneficiary states.

The applicable grant rate regarding the percentage of overall eligible costs: 90%

The aim of the call is to support the organization and implementation of short campaigns or one-time movements, social or/and joint actions. The actions must address one or several of the below horizontal concerns of the EEA/Norway grants:

• human rights and the rights of minorities (based on ethnic, religious, linguistic and sexual orientation), equal opportunities;
• combating racism and xenophobia, homophobia, anti-Semitism, extremism;
• tolerance, multicultural understanding and social inclusion instead of discrimination and exclusion;
• understanding, mitigation and solution of problems arising from poverty and inequalities (with special attention to the situation of Roma);
• promoting gender equality, combating inequalities, gender-based and domestic violence and trafficking.

The objective of the Green Industry Innovation Programme is to increase competitiveness of green enterprises, including greening of existing industries and green innovation and green entrepreneurship.

The following sub-programmes are eligible for funding within this open and single-round call for proposals:

Sub-programme 1:

Reduced production of waste and emissions to air, water and ground waste management and environmental remediation;

 water quality management; air quality.

Sub-programme 2:

More use of environmentally friendly technologies such as

nano-, photo-, and biotechnology, materials, others
