EU FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TIPS

General objectives
Proposals should address one of the two general objectives below:
1. Disseminating and/or scaling up good practices on inclusive learning and on promoting common values, initiated in particular at local level. In the context of the present call, scaling up means replicating good practice on a wider scale/transferring it to a different context or implementing it at a higher/systemic level;
or
2. Developing and implementing innovative methods and practices to foster inclusive education and promote common values.

Projects are encouraged to involve role models in their activities, where appropriate.

BUDGET AVAILABLE:
The total budget available for the co-financing of projects under the present call is EUR 10 000 000.
The financial contribution from the EU cannot exceed 80 % of the total eligible project costs.
The maximum grant per project will be EUR 500 000

Civil Society Cooperation in the fields of Education and Training and Youth" are activities funded under Key Action 3 - Support for Policy Reform of the Erasmus+Programme.

The present Call will provide funding through the two following Lots:

Civil society cooperation in the field of education and training (Lot 1)
Civil society cooperation in the field of youth (Lot 2)

An organisation may submit only one application, either for a Framework Partnership Agreement or for an Annual Operating Grant.

The aim of the call is to make information on study and research opportunities in European programme countries more visible and accessible through a range of products, services and events.

The general objective is to promote the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of education and training systems through the collection and evaluation of evidence on the systemic impact of innovative policy measures. This call requires the involvement of high-level public authorities of the eligible countries and the use of sound and widely recognised evaluation methods based on field trials (experimentation).
The specific objectives of this call are to:
— Promote trans-national cooperation and mutual learning among public authorities at the highest institutional level of the eligible countries in order to foster systemic improvement and innovation in the education and training fields,
— Enhance the collection and analysis of substantive evidence to ensure the successful implementation of innovative measures,
— Facilitate the transferability and scalability of innovative measures.

KEY PLAYERS IN POLICY EXPERIMENTATION
Three key players in European policy experimentations are: the responsible public authorities, the researchers and the target groups. Other partners can also play major roles, for example in terms of coordination, supervision, mediation or expertise.
When preparing an application, it is essential to involve all the relevant actors.
They should reach a consensus on the main elements of the experimentation, including : objectives, analysis of needs, the measure to be tested, the initial hypothesis, structures to be involved, target groups, potential participants in the field trials (including identification and selection criteria), human and financial resources, expected quantitative and qualitative outcomes, research and analysis methodologies, potential for follow-up, etc..

The objective is to develop, test and evaluate data collection, data handling and data dissemination methods for a European longitudinal study of tertiary education graduate outcomes to provide a sound basis on which a decision can be made on a possible full roll-out of such a study in the future.
