One of the most iconic Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies segments ever, “What’s Opera, Doc” features Bugs Bunny vs. Elmer Fudd, inspired by Richard Wagner’s “The Ride of the Valkyries.”
I’d wager to say that the source score is one of the most well-known pieces of music in the world – made even more famous by this 1957 animated short.
In an hour or so, you’ll have “Kill da Wabbit” playing over and over and over again in your head.
