This article is a great read for current and future administrators. This article outlines questions that should be asked in a teacher interview. The questions range from how do you develop a student to how does a teacher plan their personal growth. As an administrator, having good questions for a teacher interview is important. Making sure they have goals that are in line with the school will help in the interviewing process.

So meaningful from a teacher perspective. Including technology in our lessons seem very simple; however, it definitely requires a purpose. Besides, looking for possible options in regards to the use of ICT tools is very tough since as teachers, we must be sure that the implementation of devices, virtual support, etc. will be as effective as expected.  Through the reading, you will have some ideas of how to get some support or assistance in relation to use, implementation, and effectiveness of technology.
